Notewell for Notion

Your Notion notes, quizzed back to you.

Connect the pages you already keep. Notewell turns them into open-ended questions and sends them to you on a spaced-repetition schedule — no new app, no streak, no remembering to study.

Read-only access · never edits your pages

How it works

01

Connect Notion

Click Connect and choose which pages to share on Notion's own permission screen. Nothing else in your workspace is visible to Notewell.

02

Pick your pages

Choose the pages to study from. Notewell writes open-ended questions grounded in what they actually say. Your first collection is free.

03

Answer where you are

Questions arrive by email, SMS, Slack or Telegram on a spaced-repetition schedule. Reply in your own words — Notewell grades it and decides when to ask again.

What Notewell can see

The connection asks Notion for read-only access, limited to the pages you pick.

Notewell can

  • ✓Read the pages you share with it when you connect
  • ✓Search those shared pages so you can pick what to study

Notewell never

  • ✕Edits, moves or deletes anything in your workspace
  • ✕Sees pages you didn't share on Notion's permission screen
  • ✕Creates pages, adds comments or changes properties
  • ✕Uses your notes to train AI models

Questions

Does Notewell change anything in my Notion workspace?
No. The connection is read-only, so Notewell can read the pages you share and nothing else. It never edits, moves or deletes anything.
What happens when I edit a page later?
Questions are written from the page as it was when you imported it. Notewell doesn't watch your workspace for edits.
How do I disconnect?
From Settings in Notewell, or from Settings → Connections in Notion. Either one revokes access straight away, and you can delete your account and all its data from Notewell's settings at any time.
What does it cost?
Your first collection is always free. After that, question generation uses credits — and everything is free for members of the current beta.
